Despite its name, rsaEncryption (PKCS #1) identifies almost every RSA key in X.509, including keys used only for signatures. Certificates whose key is restricted to RSASSA-PSS use id-RSASSA-PSS (1.2.840.113549.1.1.10) instead, which some software still fails to parse.
